Recipe of the month: Creamy Gold Pasta

You'll need... 1 pinch of Basil, finely chopped 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped 1/2 cup of Asparagus, sliced 1/2 cup of Tomatoes, diced 4 oz of Golden Oyster Mushroom
2 oz of Brandy
3 oz of Heavy Cream
1 tbsp of Butter
1 portion of Penne Pasta
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions In a hot sauté pan add olive oil and garlic and raw mushrooms to sauté briefly (90 Seconds), add sliced asparagus sauté for one minute. Add cognac & allow to flame, burning off alcohol. Add cream, reduce 2 minutes and add diced tomatoes.adjust seasoning. Add pre cooked penne, or pasta of your choice, tossing briefly. Add sliced basil and plate up in pasta bowl.
