Diana Chiu
Diana, is an elementary school educator and fearless forager whose
love of mushrooms transformed from avocation to vocation. That discovery sparked a lifelong passion for foraging. At ALL CAPS, Diana works hands-on growing and harvesting their beloved BBMs (Big Beautiful Mushrooms), delivering to farmers markets, engaging with customers, and supporting the company’s broader strategy through marketing and educational outreach. Her teaching background and deep respect for nature make her a warm, knowledgeable, and inspiring guide.
